About these terms
These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how we charge for orders placed on ashbypine.com, which is operated by REINA SLEEP LTD, trading as ASHBY & PINE. They should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Payment Policy and Refund Policy.
Prices
Prices are listed in the currency of your delivery country. Delivery is free to every country we deliver to and no extra fees are added at checkout. For UK orders, VAT is included in the price shown. There are no import duties, customs charges or extra taxes to pay on delivery, in any country we deliver to. We may change our prices at any time, but the price charged will always be the price shown when you placed your order.
Payment and authorisation
Your payment method is charged in full when you place your order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring charges, and we will never charge you without an order being placed.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch. We will always let you know by email if this happens.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel an order before it is dispatched, we will refund the full amount. Returns after delivery are handled under our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
