Ashby & Pine is a small online shop for people who want to stay warm, dry and comfortable through a British winter. We bring together heated clothing, coats, knitwear, boots, cosy home pieces and dog essentials, all chosen for the way winter actually feels here: grey mornings, wet pavements and long evenings in.
Our mission
Winter in the UK isn't about extreme cold. It's the damp that gets into your coat on the walk to the station, cold fingers on the school run and a living room that never quite warms up. Our mission is simple: make those everyday moments more comfortable, with practical, well-made pieces at fair prices, so the season is something to enjoy rather than put up with.
Our commitment
We don't try to stock everything. Each product is picked because it solves a real problem, whether that's warmth, keeping the rain out, comfortable fit or simply making home feel cosier. We would rather offer a focused range we can stand behind than a long list of things we can't.
We describe every item honestly. If something is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, we say so. Sizes come with a size guide wherever fit matters, and the photos show the product as it is.
Our promise
Clear information before you buy, and real help afterwards. We are an online-only shop with no physical store. We work with a partner warehouse overseas, which helps keep our prices fair: your order is processed within 3 working days and then delivered by your local postal service or courier (Royal Mail in the UK), usually 5 to 7 working days in total. We deliver to the UK, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia (the full list of countries is in our Shipping Policy), and delivery is always free. There are no import duties, customs charges or extra taxes to pay on delivery, in any country we deliver to.
If something isn't right, you have 30 days to return it, from any country we deliver to, to our UK returns address in Newcastle upon Tyne, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Every message is answered by a real person within 24 hours on working days.
